Captured Moments Co. is based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and is available for events throughout the surrounding area and is available out of state and country as well. Travel fees may apply depending on the event location.

We recommend booking as early as possible at least a week an advance to prepare as we would have to order props, future printing paper, keychains, & more especially for weddings, holidays, and popular event dates. However, we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings when our schedule allows.

Our setup requirements depend on the specific booth and package selected. We recommend having a dedicated area with enough room for the booth, guests, and attendant. We prefer indoor setups as heat can destroy electronics. We can also discuss your venue layout during the booking process.
